Well, it was a rainy day and everyone was quite worked up and talkative. We did some quiet stretching to help get everyone ready for learning today. We started with posing like a mountain. We stood tall with arms at our sides. Fingers slightly apart. We pressed our heels into the floor. Shoulders back and stomach in. We closed our eyes and balanced while we took deep breaths. We also used our imaginations to be an elephant. We clasped our hands together like an elephant trunk and stretched to the sky. Then we reached out in front of us to grab a banana from a tree. Then we reached our trunks down and swung our trunks in the river as we got a drink. We then stretched to the sky again as if we were spraying off our dusty bodies.
